2. Pawn Loan Terms

• Eligibility: Pawn loans are available to customers with a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership for the item being pawned.

• Loan Terms: Interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules are determined at the time of the loan agreement and are detailed in the pawn ticket provided.

• Forfeiture Policy: Items not reclaimed or loans not repaid by the due date (or within any applicable grace period) will be forfeited and become our property.

• Extensions and Renewals: Loan extensions or renewals may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and terms.

• Redemption Policy: Payment is due every 30 days. If payment is not made within the 10 day grace period from the due date the item will be forfeited and placed for sale. Once we take possession you have the option to bring your account current (unless the item has been sold) by paying the full amount due, plus any prorated fees, reimbursement of any work done on the item, and a transfer fee of $100.

3. Layaway Terms

• Payment Plan: A minimum down payment of 10% is required to place an item on layaway, followed by regular payments according to the agreed schedule.

• Holding Period: Items will be held for a maximum of 90 days unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellation Policy: If the layaway is canceled or payments are missed, any payments made are non-refundable.

• Ownership Transfer: Items remain our property until the full balance is paid.

4. Purchase and Return Policies

• As-Is Sales: All items are sold "as-is" with no warranties, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Returns: Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

• Authenticity: We make every effort to verify the authenticity of items sold, but buyers are encouraged to independently assess items before purchase.
